Causes of Construction Zone Accidents

Our firm represents individuals who have been injured in construction zone accidents caused by various acts of negligence by construction companies, other motorists, the Utah Department of Transportation, and other responsible parties:

  • Shifting lanes
  • Narrow lanes
  • Lane drop-offs
  • Improper signage
  • Construction equipment in road
  • Poorly marked construction zone
  • Drunk drivers

The sooner you contact our firm following a construction zone accident, the sooner we can begin investigating road conditions, eyewitness testimony, and other accident-related evidence.

Injuries such as spinal cord injuries or head injuries can have a serious and lasting effect on your life. Your insurance company will attempt to minimize your settlement, depriving you of the compensation you need to cover your medical costs and other accident-related expenses. Before you talk to your insurance company, be sure to speak to a personal injury attorney who has your best interest in mind.

A separate accident an hour earlier in the same construction zone left a Utah woman in critical condition after she hit a bump and veered out of her lane into parked construction equipment. Read more
