Then the two sit down together to discuss the strengths and weaknesses they've identified and develop a strategy to bring the case to court.

Contact us. The telephones at Rasmussen & Miner are answered 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In critical situations, an attorney can always be contacted. In addition to regular office hours of 8 am to 5 pm, our lawyers are available for consultation by special appointment during evening and weekend hours. We will make off-site visits in homes, hospitals, and jail.
